The armed forces achieved significant progress on Sunday in the areas of Al-Sunamat and Al-Sarari on the Al-Sabr front, located south of Taiz Governorate. This advancement followed an early morning attack on positions held by the Houthi terrorist militia, resulting in substantial losses for the group. Ongoing clashes continue in the region.
The Taiz Axis reported that confrontations persisted across various fronts in the governorate. The fighting concentrated around Mount Han and Al-Dabab to the west, as well as the Al-Shaqab, Al-Aqroud, and Al-Masrak fronts to the south. Additionally, skirmishes occurred at the Air Defense and Ghurab fronts in the northwest of the city, alongside intermittent clashes in the northern and eastern fronts.
The statement highlighted that warplanes conducted three airstrikes early Sunday morning. These strikes targeted gatherings of the Houthi terrorist militia in Al-Danin Hill and Al-Mudrat, located northwest of Taiz city.
