The Armed Forces, supported by popular resistance and coalition air support, achieved consecutive victories across several battlefronts in various provinces today. This progress comes as part of the “Dawn of Yemen” operation, announced by His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
The Armed Forces’ media center reported that the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias collapsed in several fronts, suffering substantial human and material losses. The ongoing operation aims to restore state institutions, liberate the capital, Sana’a, and end the Houthi terrorist coup.
The center highlighted the success of the Giants Brigades and National Shield Forces, with air support, in driving the Houthi militias from the Bab al-Mandab area, Dhubab Airport, Al-Amari Camp, and the city of Mocha in Taiz Province. The forces continue their field advancement towards Al-Khawkhah in Al-Hudaydah Province after decisive battles that resulted in numerous Houthi casualties, including dead, wounded, and captured fighters.
In the western countryside of Taiz, the Armed Forces managed to repel the Houthi terrorist militias from several locations they had infiltrated. This operation led to a mass retreat of militia members, with many killed, wounded, or captured.
In Marib Province, the Armed Forces launched a large-scale military operation from multiple fronts in the southern and northwestern battlefields.
On the southern front, the Armed Forces liberated and secured several key sites previously held by the Houthi militias. They continue to advance steadily towards the strategic Al-Rish Camp. The battles, alongside intense artillery bombardment targeting enemy gatherings in “Qurun al-Bour” and Al-Rish Camp, resulted in numerous Houthi casualties.
On the northwestern front, the Armed Forces liberated several positions in “Sailat Raghwan,” killing over 14 Houthi fighters and wounding others under the fire of the army’s heroes.
Simultaneously, coalition warplanes conducted several airstrikes on Houthi positions and vehicles in various areas, inflicting severe losses in personnel and equipment. Notable strikes included the destruction of a weapons cache in the Hailan Mountains and the destruction of vehicles loaded with ammunition in the Raghwan front.
