Yemeni Foreign Minister Engages with Community in Turkey

On Sunday, Dr. Shaya’ Al-Zandani, Yemen’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, met with members of the Yemeni community in Istanbul. This meeting reflects the ministry’s commitment to maintaining direct communication with various Yemeni expatriate groups and addressing their concerns and aspirations.
Emphasizing Compliance with Local Laws
During the meeting, which included the presence of Yemen’s Ambassador to Turkey, Mohammed Tareq, Minister Al-Zandani stressed the importance of adhering to the laws of host countries. He urged community members to respect local regulations and highlighted the Turkish government’s support for the Yemeni diaspora, especially given the challenging circumstances in Yemen.
