Sable Company Completes First Wheat Unloading at Neom Port

The National Grain Supply Company, known as Sable, successfully unloaded its first wheat shipment at Neom Port in northwestern Saudi Arabia. The vessel carried a substantial 66,000 tons of wheat. This operation marks a significant step in Sable’s strategy to diversify its logistics channels and enhance supply chain efficiency.

Strengthening Food Security and Supply Chains

Sable emphasizes that this initiative aligns with its goal to increase operational flexibility and expand market access. According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), utilizing Neom Port accelerates the delivery of shipments to branches in northern regions, including Tabuk, Al-Jouf, Hail, and Al-Qassim. This improvement boosts distribution efficiency and elevates service levels for beneficiaries.
