This initiative represents the final phase of the project, supported by the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen.

The asphalt laying process began after applying the MC material and finishing the soil preparation. Meanwhile, preparations continue on both main and secondary roads to ensure timely completion.

Additionally, it offers supporting services like a central pharmacy, laboratories, sterilization center, morgue, lecture halls, and administrative offices.

The facility integrates with a modern infrastructure that includes a 7-megawatt power station, smart monitoring and control systems, and spacious parking areas with contemporary roads and sidewalks.
