According to a statement from the “Masam” media office, this operation occurred in farms adjacent to populated villages. These efforts form part of a continuous series of operations aimed at restoring hope for farmers, enabling them to return to their lands and resume daily activities in a safer environment.
Since its inception in the Midi district, the “Masam” project has successfully removed 10,622 landmines, unexploded ordnance, and explosive devices. Additionally, the teams have cleared a total area of 3,662,206 square meters of land, significantly contributing to enhanced security and stability in the region.
