In a gesture of diplomatic camaraderie and respect, His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council of Yemen, has dispatched a congratulatory message to His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco on the auspicious occasion of the Throne Day, a significant national holiday in the Kingdom of Morocco.
Expressing heartfelt congratulations on behalf of himself, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Yemeni government, and the people of Yemen, President Al-Alimi wished King Mohammed VI abundant health and happiness. He also extended wishes for continued progress and prosperity to the government and people of the Kingdom of Morocco and hoped for further development and growth in the bilateral relations between the two fraternal countries.
President Al-Alimi lauded the brotherly positions of the Kingdom of Morocco—its leadership, government, and people—towards Yemen and its people and political leadership. He acknowledged Morocco’s efforts in supporting the restoration of state institutions and the endeavours to end the coup by the Houthi militias, which are backed by the Iranian regime.
