In the city of Rukbah, located in the Directorate of Mukalla, Hadhramaut Governorate, a significant event took place last Friday evening, marking the first mass wedding ceremony for 100 couples. This event was sponsored by the local authority of the governorate as part of a series of initiatives aimed at supporting efforts to unify and foster solidarity within the community.
The ceremony was attended by Saleh Aboud Al-Amiqui, the Secretary-General of the local council in the governorate. During the event, the Governor of Hadhramaut, Mabkhout Mubarak Bin Madi, highlighted the significance of mass wedding projects. Members of the organizing committee for the wedding and the couples themselves noted that the first mass wedding project in the city of Rukbah serves as a model of community support and solidarity in doing good.
