On Wednesday, the First Brigade – Emergency Forces announced the successful takeover of key points along the international route in the Al-Abr region. This operation spans from the Al-Nasser Complex, through the Al-Abr Junction, to the international road leading to Hadramout Valley and Desert. This initiative forms part of a broader security plan aimed at securing vital roads and protecting international travel routes.
The Emergency Forces emphasized that this action supports efforts to enhance security and stability for travelers. It also aims to combat smuggling, pursue wanted individuals, and prevent any attacks that could threaten citizens’ lives. Additionally, carrying more than one firearm requires an approved operational report. These regulations aim to enforce order and prevent armed displays.
