In a significant meeting today, Yemen’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mustafa Noman, engaged with Simon Holima, the Deputy Representative of the World Food Programme (WFP) in Yemen. The discussion took place at the Ministry’s headquarters in the temporary capital, Aden.
