Promoting Awareness through Discussion
In an effort to enhance understanding of civil service legislation, the Civil Service and Insurance Office in Hadhramaut Valley and Desert recently organized a focused discussion session titled “Leaves in Civil Service Legislation.” The event, which drew participation from 80 office employees, including 47 personnel management directors from various state facilities in Hadhramaut Valley, aimed to clarify the regulations surrounding leaves according to civil service laws.
Commendations for the Initiative
Assistant Governor of Hadhramaut for Valley and Desert Affairs, Engineer Hisham Al-Saidi, lauded the Civil Service Office for initiating such innovative and quality activities. Al-Saidi pointed out that these efforts would positively impact middle management leadership and overall performance in government facilities.
Objectives and Support
Ibrahim Al-Hadar, the General Director of the Civil Service and Insurance Office, explained that the purpose of these informative discussion sessions is to train targeted staff on various issues. He appreciated the local authority leadership’s interest and support in making the office’s activities and programs successful.
This initiative reflects a proactive approach in addressing civil service regulations and enhancing the efficiency of government operations in Hadhramaut Valley, promising a more informed and effective public service sector.
