The final round of the Asian Cup 2027 football qualifiers has placed Yemen in Group B alongside Lebanon, Bhutan, and Brunei Darussalam.

Draw Details

The draw took place today at the Asian Football Confederation headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In addition to Group B, Group A features Tajikistan, the Philippines, the Maldives, and Timor-Leste. Meanwhile, Group C includes India, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bangladesh.

Group Composition

Group D consists of Thailand, Turkmenistan, Chinese Taipei, and Sri Lanka. Group E includes Syria, Afghanistan, Myanmar, and Pakistan. Finally, Group F features Vietnam, Malaysia, Nepal, and Laos.

Match Schedule

The final round of qualifying matches will occur over six rounds, following a home-and-away league format. This exciting phase will take place from March 25, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

Qualification for the Finals

The top team from each group will qualify for the 19th edition of the Asian Cup, which will be hosted in Saudi Arabia for the first time. These teams will join the 18 national teams that secured their spots in the second round of qualifiers.
