Today, the Presidential Decree No. 30 for the year 2025 was issued in accordance with the constitution, legal frameworks, and transitional guidelines. The decree, approved by the Presidential Leadership Council, appoints Mr. Mohammed Nasser Abadi Abdul Qawi as the new President of the General Authority for Lands, Surveys, and Urban Planning.
The second article of the decree states that it will take effect immediately upon its publication in the official gazette. This swift implementation underscores the government’s commitment to enhancing land management and urban planning in the region.
