Dr. Abdullah Al-Eleimi, a member of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council, arrived today in Baku, Azerbaijan. He leads Yemen’s delegation at the 29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29).
