King Salman Humanitarian Aid Center Continues Relief Efforts in Yemen

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center has intensified its humanitarian interventions across several Yemeni governorates. The center focuses on providing drinking water to displaced individuals and affected communities, alongside distributing food baskets to families in need as part of its emergency response projects.

Water Distribution in Taiz

In Taiz Governorate, the center supplied potable water through 13 distribution points in the Al-Mudhaffar District. This initiative benefited 3,480 individuals from displaced populations and host communities.

Assistance in Aden

In Aden Governorate, the center provided drinking water to displaced families in Al-Firdaws Camp (2) located in the Al-Buraiqah District. A total of 342 families received this essential resource. Additionally, the center distributed 1,495 food baskets in the Al-Mansoura District, reaching 1,495 families, which amounts to 9,875 individuals.

Support in Lahij

In Lahij Governorate, the center delivered drinking water through 20 distribution points across five camps in the Tuban District. This effort supported 691 families. Furthermore, the center distributed 695 food baskets, benefiting 695 families, which totals 4,036 individuals, as part of its emergency food intervention project.

Ongoing Humanitarian Commitment

These interventions reflect the ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center.
