Dr. Abdullah Alimi Praises Southern Forces in Battle for Bab al-Mandab

Dr. Abdullah Alimi, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, stated that the people of the south and their heroes are writing, with their pure blood and significant sacrifices, bright pages of heroism and valor in the battle to liberate Bab al-Mandab from the Houthi terrorist militias. He recalled their immortal feats in resisting the militias, liberating the temporary capital of Aden, and confronting blatant Iranian interference.

Call for Unity and Determination

In a post on the platform X, Dr. Alimi emphasized that our people, firmly believing in your resolve and steadfastness, rely on you and all the loyal individuals to move forward with an unyielding will and determination that does not succumb to difficulties. He highlighted the importance of achieving the aspirations to end the Houthi coup, restore the state and its institutions, and establish security and stability. He expressed confidence that the forces are capable of meeting these challenges and fulfilling these aspirations.

Commitment to Principles and Honor

Dr. Alimi affirmed that steadfastness in principles and defense of land and dignity is a commitment that the will of heroes does not stray from. He expressed deep respect and admiration for the great sacrifices made and pride in the resilience of the heroes stationed in the fields of honor and dignity, from Bab al-Mandab to all fronts of honor across Yemen.

Gratitude to the Coalition

The council member also expressed profound appreciation and gratitude to the brothers in the Coalition to Support Legitimacy, led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for their support and sacrifices in favor of Yemen and its people. He confirmed that their positions have solidified the bonds of brotherhood and that these sacrifices have consecrated a shared path where wills converge, efforts integrate, and goals unite to restore security and stability in Yemen and safeguard the region’s safety.

Dr. Abdullah Alimi concluded by saying, “Glory, all glory, to our righteous martyrs, a swift recovery to our brave wounded, and honor and victory to all the heroes in the fields of honor and dignity.”
