The waves of displacement affected six governorates, including:
- Taiz: 7,186 families (50,454 individuals)
- Lahij: 2,540 families (17,780 individuals)
- Al Hudaydah: 1,471 families (10,297 individuals)
- Aden: 815 families (3,789 individuals)
- Abyan: 573 families (4,011 individuals)
- Shabwa: 12 families (84 individuals)
Severe Humanitarian Conditions
The report confirmed that displaced families endure extremely difficult conditions, lacking:
- Emergency shelter
- Food
- Safe drinking water
- Health services
- Sanitation
- Protection services
Urgent Call to International Organizations
The Executive Unit issued an urgent humanitarian appeal to international organizations and donor agencies for immediate intervention. They emphasized the need for life-saving responses without waiting for detailed assessments, focusing on protecting the most vulnerable groups:
