Weather Forecast: Mild Conditions Along Coasts, Cold in Highlands and Deserts
The Meteorological Center has predicted continued clear to partly cloudy and moderate weather in coastal areas. Light rainfall may occur in the Socotra Archipelago and the southern and southwestern coasts. Additionally, winds are expected to strengthen along the southern and western coasts, as well as in Socotra.
Mountainous Regions: Cold Nights Ahead
In the mountainous regions, the forecast indicates dry and moderate weather during the day, with temperatures dropping significantly at night. Residents can expect very cold to extremely cold conditions, along with a chance of frost and fog during the night and early morning hours. Meanwhile, the desert and plateau areas will experience clear and dry weather during the day, transitioning to cooler temperatures at night.

The Meteorological Center has released expected temperatures for several cities, including:
- Aden: 29°C / 24°C
- Mukalla: 27°C / 22°C
- Hodeidah: 29°C / 22°C
- Sanaa: 24°C / 5°C

- Seiyun: 23°C / 13°C
- Marib: 26°C / 12°C
Safety Precautions for Residents
The center urges citizens, particularly the elderly and children in mountainous and desert areas, to take necessary precautions against the severe cold. It also reiterated warnings for farmers, livestock breeders, and beekeepers regarding the potential for frost formation.
Marine Conditions: Caution for Fishermen
In its marine bulletin, the center forecasts that the sea will be light to moderately wavy along various coasts. Continuous warnings are in place for fishermen and sea-goers about possible wave disturbances in the southern and western coasts, as well as in the Bab al-Mandab and the archipelago.
