Lieutenant General Sultan Al-Arada, a member of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council, emphasized the vital role of the international community in assisting the Yemeni people. Meeting with the French Ambassador
During a virtual meeting on Wednesday, Al-Arada discussed the latest political, military, and humanitarian developments with Catherine Colonna, the French Ambassador to Yemen. They explored ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between Yemen and France.
Addressing Current Challenges
Al-Arada pointed out that the ongoing challenges require a unified international stance. He stressed the importance of supporting state institutions to strengthen their capabilities. This support will enable these institutions to fulfill their constitutional duties, address threats, and serve the citizens effectively. He noted that empowering institutions is crucial for alleviating humanitarian suffering and improving economic and service conditions. Furthermore, it will create the right environment for reconstruction and development.
